Crushed Chillies can be used to add a little heat to any dish from curries and chillis to stir fries, casseroles and soups.  Add a little for a hint of heat and more for even greater flavour.

One of our favourite recipes for crushed chilies is to grind them over some lightly oiled potato wedges , some sliced onions , sweet potatoes (or peppers)  and sausages all in one roasting pan.  A one stop supper dish that takes only moments to prepare, and the crushed chillies add a real flavour to the dish.
