Minosharp Sharpening Kit

This is a kit which is recommended by Global for sharpening all Global knives (and any other professional quality kitchen knives).    The set comsists of a medium (1000 grit) deluxe water whetstone, a plastic holder with non-slip feet which doubles as a base for the stone during sharpening and as a storage case, and 2 sharpening guide rails with plastic liners.

The kit comes with a very good set of instructions for anyone who has not used a whetstone before.
