Panini / Bacon Press

Cast Iron press which can be used to make perfect bacon or paninis.

Paninis:  No need for a special panini press , just put your panini in to a regular frying / grill pan and place the panini press on top.  Turn over half way through cooking for a perfect panini.

Bacon:  No more curly bacon!!, the press may also be used as a weight when cooking bacon.
